From the first Bausch + Lomb phaco machines and IOLs in 1996 to building the premium IOL segment with Johnson & Johnson, I helped shape Ukraine’s cataract market.
Our team grew the market share of J&J IOLs from 2% to 26% — despite COVID and war — and built a resilient distribution company with independent CEO/CCO/CFO leadership since 2018.

I launched TMX Academy to give doctors what no one else was giving: practical knowledge for private practice. Clinical protocols, service support, patient work, business tools — marketing, finance, brand — all in one place.

Our goal was simple: help ophthalmologists grow, not just operate.

Patient decisions are built, not sold.

My platforms reach millions — not through ads, but through fully organic traffic shaped by deep psychological insight. I start with a patient’s fears, their language, and decision-making logic. After thousands of direct conversations, I know what earns trust: clarity, personalisation, emotional relevance, and simplicity. SEO is simply the tool that makes those insights discoverable. This isn’t just reach — it’s a patient-centered strategy that turns understanding into conversion.

YouTube patient education

I run two YouTube channels — one in English IOL-adviser and one in Ukrainian/Russian НЕ Офтальмолог — that provide patients with honest, in-depth guidance on choosing premium IOLs. These platforms generate fully organic traffic with zero promotion budget and attract patients actively searching for answers. The engagement, reach, and impact are real — the statistics below speak for themselves.

SaaS, AI patient education platform

I 've started with IOL-adviser.com, a dedicated patient educational project that helps patients understand their vision, compare IOL options, and prepare for meaningful conversations with their surgeons. It’s not just about education — it’s a source of real-time patient insights for me, through 1:1 consultations and thousands of lens choice surveys, also solely by organic traffic.
